This is a one-person independent study-aid project. This policy describes exactly what happens with your information, in plain terms.
This page itself collects nothing. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, and has no forms. Visiting it does not create a record tied to you.
As with any website, the hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes standard server request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the page and guard against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Checkout is not handled here. Clicking the pre-order button sends you to Gumroad, which is the seller of record for the transaction. Gumroad collects your email address and payment details, processes the payment, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Their handling of your data is governed by Gumroad's privacy policy.
Card numbers are never seen by, transmitted to, or stored by this project.
From Gumroad, this project receives your email address and the fact that you purchased. That is used for exactly two things: delivering the product you paid for, and emailing you about this product — including a refund notice if the delivery date is missed. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Visitors may arrive here from a Google Ads search advertisement. Google may set cookies or use identifiers to measure ad performance, under Google's privacy policy. No advertising or tracking code is installed on this page, so no ad-related data is collected by this project.
Purchaser email addresses are kept for as long as needed to deliver the product and handle refunds and support, and are deleted on request. Gumroad retains its own transaction records under its own policy and applicable tax law.
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing the address below. Requests are handled within 30 days. Deleting purchase records may require also contacting Gumroad, since they hold the transaction.
This product is intended for adults preparing for a professional certification exam. It is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anyone who has purchased will be emailed about a material change.
